Booking Terms

*Full payment at time of booking via Mastercard or Visa. All bookings must be received by February 21 based on availability and first come first serve.
*Prices are per person based on your rooming convention.
*Individual cancellations 14 days prior to departure or less may be non-refundable. In the event an individual cancels last minute due to illness, a refund may be given minus the $199 empty seat cost. Name changes can be made without penalty up to 4:00pm MST 3 days prior to arrival. A name change fee of $15 plus taxes per change will apply to any name changes received within 72 hours of arrival as per the hotel.
*All participants will be required to sign an online Live It Up Tours waiver prior to getting on the bus on the day of departure.
