Per Person Rates

Full time post-secondary Student rate (ages 18 – 24 years)= $219

Adult non-student rate  = $235

Youth (ages 13-17 years)= $189

NEW Discover Downhill program (includes transportation, all mountain lift pass, 2-hour lesson and standard rental package – lift ticket not received until individuals show up for the lesson) = $285

Transportation only (no lift ticket included) = $155

Standard Rental Package (skis/poles/boots or snowboard/boots)= $55 per person/day (helmets are an extra $12 per person/day)

All bookings must be received by Nov. 14th, first come, first serve

Terms and Conditions:

  • Full payment online at the time of booking per person and first come first serve.
  • Individuals must use a University of Alberta email address to book.
  • Bus will NOT be licensed, and no personal alcohol will be allowed on the bus at any time.
  • Individual refunds will be available up to 14 days prior to departure. If this cancellation results in the group dropping below 40 participants, an empty-seat fee will be charged to the cancelling participant ($119). Substitutions or name changes within the same package category may be made up to 3 days prior to arrival at no charge. If the substitution is for a different category, any price difference will be payable.
  • Force Majeure: a full refund may be made if it is impossible for either party to perform due to acts of God, Government, strike, etc at the sole discretion of Live It Up Lifestyle Adventures and suppliers.
  • Live It Up Lifestyle Adventures makes no guarantee of the suitability of the trip to individual needs.
  • Live It Up Lifestyle Adventures Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time. Should this occur, booked patrons will be contacted prior to departure and offered a reschedule or refund.
  • All participants will be required to sign a Live It Up Lifestyle Adventures online waiver form prior to getting on the bus on the day of departure. Minors will need their parent/guardian to complete on their behalf. Link is: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/v/uofasscmarmot2025
