Due to the ongoing surge of COVID Cases in the province SAMU has decided to cancel the trip for the safety of everyone on the trip. Double = $689 *two persons per room, own bed
Triple = $635 *three person per room, bed sharing
Quad = $610 *four persons per room, bed sharing
*Two-hour Dog Sled Tour can be substituted on Friday or Saturday (1pm) instead of one day skiing at the additional cost of $150 per person with minimum 2 persons on the same day. Based on availability. Must call Live it Up Tours to book and pay for this options.
*For no activities on either day you can deduct $50 per person/day during the booking process.
*Solo riders looking for a roommate, please pay the double rate and make sure to put ‘Looking for a roommate’ in the roommate line at checkout. The Group Leader will follow up.
Rates are per person
*Full payment at time of booking via Mastercard or Visa. All bookings must be received by January 21/22 based on availability and first come first serve.
*Prices are per person, and based on room occupancy.
*Individuals must use a MacEwan University email address to book.
*Individual cancellations 7 days prior to departure or less may be non-refundable. In the event an individual cancels last minute due to illness, a refund may be given minus the $199 empty seat cost. Name changes can be made without penalty up to 4:00pm MST 3 days prior to arrival. A name change fee of $15 plus taxes per change will apply to any name changes received within 72 hours of arrival as per the hotel.
* *All participants will be required to sign an online Live it Up Tours waiver prior to getting on the bus on the day of departure. As well all participants must show proof of vaccinations and Gov’t issued ID.
*Live it Up Tours makes no guarantees of the suitability of the trip to individual needs
