All payments must be received by 5:00 MST, December 13, 2025 and will be non-refundable.
A 3% service fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Bus will be licensed but no personal alcohol will be allowed on the bus at any time and must be stowed in bins below.
Individual refunds will be offered to persons 30+ days prior to departure.
Substitutions or name changes can be made without penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival.
